Key Responsibilities Assist clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an interpreter over the phone in a timely and professional manner. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection, essential for remote work during the Covid-19 pandemic and beyond. Proven success in a previous customer service or call center position, showcasing your ability to deliver high-quality support and build strong client relationships.
