Job Responsibilities Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone in a timely and professional manner Handling high-volume calls with ease, ensuring that every client interaction is pleasant and efficient Providing exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations, and delivering highly satisfying experiences Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion and care Utilizing strong computer skills to navigate our systems and software, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Proven success in a previous customer service or call center position, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional client experiences A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection, as we are currently working remotely due to the Covid-19 pandemic Ability to work remotely in emergency situations and adapt to changing circumstances Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly Ability to keep sensitive information confidential and handle client data with care Note that multi-language capability is not required for this position, but it may be considered an asset.
