About the Role We are currently seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented service representatives to join our team as remote Outbound Sales and Customer Service Representatives. As a vital part of our team, you will engage with customers daily, making outbound calls, and ensuring each interaction is documented accurately. Key Responsibilities Typing and data entry: Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining up-to-date records. Upselling products and services: Identifying opportunities to promote additional products or services that meet the customer's needs, enhancing their overall experience and driving sales growth. Setting appointments in a business-to-customer format: Coordinating appointments and follow-ups to ensure seamless communication and follow-through. Maintaining awareness of campaign products, services, and promotions: Staying informed about the latest offerings, promotions, and campaigns to provide customers with relevant and timely information. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Minimum one year of Call Center experience with automatic dialers and call scripting: Proven experience in a fast-paced call center environment, utilizing technology to manage calls and interactions. Clear, professional, and friendly communication skills: The ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing. Strong people skills and active listening abilities: A customer-centric approach, with a focus on understanding customer needs, resolving issues, and providing personalized support. Sales experience preferred: Previous experience in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
