As an Outbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in reaching out to high and moderate priority members who may qualify for case management, providing them with exceptional service and support. Key Responsibilities In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will be responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls to arenaflex members. Your key responsibilities will include: Making outbound calls to high and moderate priority members who might qualify for case management, ensuring that each member receives personalized attention and support. Managing a high volume of calls, with a target of 60+ calls per day, using Excel to track and organize your work. Reaching out to 30 new members every day, making at least 3 attempts at different times and days within the specified turnaround time (TAT) to ensure that each member is contacted and supported. Utilizing your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with arenaflex members, providing them with timely and effective support. Working collaboratively with the arenaflex team to ensure that all members receive seamless and comprehensive support, leveraging your knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an outbound call center setting, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and support to customers. High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices. Basic software skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high volume of calls and a strong focus on customer support. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Certified Financial Service Auditor (CFSA) designation, or willingness to obtain, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices. Experience with ERP and CRM systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems. Typing skills, with a minimum of 30 words per minute, and excellent active listening skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs. Experience in customer relations, client service, and follow-up, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer support. Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. Customer service skills, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Adapting to change, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
