Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Oracle CC&B Functional Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle CC&B, with a deep understanding of the application and its various modules, including Billing, Rates, Budget & Payment Plans, Payments, Adjustments, Financial Transactions, Device Management, Meter reads, Field Works, Credit and Collections. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving success in functional and testing roles, with a strong expertise in Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) application, including 3rd party app integration. Key Responsibilities Provide functional leadership and expertise in Oracle CC&B, ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of the application Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including test planning, test design, test execution, defect management, and reporting Utilize automation testing knowledge to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency Provide hands-on testing experience in Oracle CC&B, ensuring the identification and resolution of defects and issues Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide functional expertise to ensure the successful delivery of projects Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our solutions Essential Qualifications 10+ years of functional and testing experience in Oracle CC&B (Customer Care and Billing) Strong functional knowledge of CC&B, including modules such as Billing, Rates, Budget & Payment Plans, Payments, Adjustments, Financial Transactions, Device Management, Meter reads, Field Works, Credit and Collections Experience in the utilities industry, with a deep understanding of Energy, Gas, and Services domain Strong expertise in Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) application, including 3rd party app integration Experience in CC&B upgrades and configuration and support of Oracle Customer Care and Billing system Strong knowledge of STLC processes, including Test Strategizing, Test Design, Execution, Defect Management, tracking, and reporting Good communication and customer interaction skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and team members Preferred Qualifications Experience with automation testing tools and technologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and support team members Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Technical skills: Oracle CC&B, SQL, automation testing tools and technologies Business acumen: understanding of the utilities industry, including Energy, Gas, and Services domain Leadership skills: ability to guide and support team members, with strong mentoring and coaching skills Communication skills: excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and team members Problem-solving skills: strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At our company, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
