Key Responsibilities As an Operations Process Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including: Analyzing complex problems and communicating effective solutions to the team and the field Developing and implementing process improvements that drive value and support the bottom line of our stores Managing day-to-day processes, creating and maintaining project work plans, and driving core store operations projects and process improvements Managing issues and roadblocks, responding proactively to store needs, and communicating effectively with the field and throughout the organization Preparing and delivering high-level insights and recommendations based on industry and business analysis, competitive landscape, and consumer data Providing guidance and training to support team members, collaborating on data analysis, and making verbal and written recommendations Maintaining a deep understanding of specific operations and processes within store operations and demonstrating proficiency in these areas Leading and managing a team of Business Analysts, including selection, terminations, performance appraisal, and professional development Leadership and Management As a leader at arenaflex, you will be responsible for directing and indirect reports, typically including 2-5 Business Analysts. You will be expected to assign and review work, provide guidance and support, and make strategic decisions that drive the success of the team. You will also be required to persuade and influence others, both within and outside of the organization, to achieve our goals and objectives. Travel and Physical Requirements This role typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time, and most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position with frequent opportunities to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles. Working Conditions Our office is located in a comfortable indoor area, and any unpleasant conditions are infrequent and not objectionable. However, you will be under constant pressure to meet tight deadlines, demanding quotas, and regularly deal with difficult situations. You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities. Minimum Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must: Be at least 18 years old Be legally permitted to work in the United States Have a minimum of 5 years of work experience Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a field of study related to the job Preferred Qualifications Preferred candidates will have: PMI certification 3 years of retail experience or process management in a related area Strong business, functional, and store knowledge for their area of responsibility Leadership and management experience Strong operations, retail, and field experience Ability to partner and communicate well with the field and stores High sense of urgency in responding to field needs Strong big-picture and strategic thinking skills Strong quantitative skills, such as statistics and data analysis Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
