Job Overview In this critical role, you will be responsible for receiving and distributing all incoming and outgoing documents in an efficient and timely manner, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and effectively. As a key member of our team, you will enter, photocopy, scan, and deliver interoffice correspondence as necessary, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality with sensitive information. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all required document types. Key Responsibilities Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring efficient and timely processing Enter, photocopy, scan, and deliver interoffice correspondence as necessary Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with sensitive information Ensure timely and accurate processing of all required document types Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and objectives Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge Education and Experience To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as production-related experience. While not required, experience in a healthcare or operations environment would be highly beneficial. You must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive information and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should be able to frequently lift up to 40 pounds and stand for intermittent periods of time. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Production-related experience preferred Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality with sensitive information Ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds and stand for intermittent periods of time Flexibility to work shift work, including daytime, evening, or overnight shifts, with mandatory overtime (in-office or remote) as business needs require Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and/or holidays (in-office or remote) based on business needs Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You should be highly detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as you will be working closely with team members and stakeholders to achieve operational goals and objectives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, would be highly beneficial. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive pay range of $15.29 - $26.20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field, or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
