As an Onsite Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for connecting directly with veterinary centers to coordinate prescription approvals, resolve client issues, and clarify order requests. You will also be responsible for completing data entry of prescriptions into our healthcare software, maintaining a high level of quality through data entry and order processing of veterinary pharmacy orders, and working with empathy, patience, and kindness to clients and partners alike. Key Responsibilities: Connect directly with veterinary centers to coordinate prescription approvals, resolve client issues, and clarify order requests Analyze and troubleshoot issues to determine appropriate solutions for clients and facility partners, and follow up on a case-by-case basis to resolve issues Complete data entry of prescriptions into our healthcare software Maintain a high level of quality through data entry and order processing of veterinary pharmacy orders Work with empathy, patience, and kindness to clients and partners alike Communicate with veterinary facilities via phone (sometimes multiple lines depending on the situation) with various subjects, primarily using our internal program and systems to investigate solutions and record facility note accounts Expect a significant portion of the business day to be outbound veterinary facility/client phone contacts Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening), the ability to multitask (e.g., chat on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes), and a strong attention to detail. You should also be a self-starter, work with ownership, and be proficient in Microsoft Outlook. A high school education or equivalent is required, and you should have the ability to obtain a Pharmacy Technician License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy where applicable.
