Job Overview As an Online Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries regarding our online booking tool, resolving product or service issues, and providing exceptional support to our customers via email, phone, and online chat. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience when interacting with our online platforms. You will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and improve our overall customer satisfaction ratings. Key Responsibilities Communicate with online booking customers and potential customers via email, phone, and online chat to resolve inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner Help customers navigate our websites and book events online, providing guidance and support as needed Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution Conduct regular quality assurance reviews of our websites to ensure the accuracy of the online booking tool and identify areas for improvement Participate in sales coaching and development programs to enhance your ability to provide exemplary service and product solutions to our customers, including up-selling package add-ons and upgrades Perform other customer service duties as assigned, including responding to customer feedback and concerns, and collaborating with our team to improve our overall customer service experience Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
