Job Overview The Online Chat Support Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our call center and HR functions. This crucial position will provide real-time assistance and support to employees through online chat platforms, addressing HR-related inquiries and concerns, and contributing to a positive workplace culture. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, a team player, and a proactive problem-solver with a strong passion for delivering exceptional employee experiences. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling to ensure that we attract and hire the best talent. Facilitate new hire onboarding to ensure effective integration into the team and provide a warm welcome to arenaflex. Employee Relations: Act as a primary contact for HR-related inquiries and concerns from call center employees, providing timely and effective support and resolution. Support employee engagement and address workplace issues in a fair, respectful, and professional manner. HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance and performance. Process HR paperwork, such as contracts and terminations, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws. Training & Development: Help organize and coordinate training sessions and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. Track and report on employee training progress to identify areas for improvement and optimize our training initiatives. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies and employment laws, preparing and maintaining HR reports on staffing and turnover to inform business decisions and drive growth. Support & Coordination: Collaborate with HR team members on various HR functions and initiatives, coordinating with call center management to meet staffing and operational needs and drive business success. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, combined with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment. You will also need to demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and technical proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Essential Skills and Competencies Organizational and Multitasking Abilities: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and stakeholders.
