Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner, addressing their concerns and providing personalized support. Troubleshoot and resolve technical and non-technical issues, leveraging your knowledge of our platform and services to provide effective solutions. Assist customers in navigating our platform and services, providing clear guidance and support to ensure a seamless experience. Document customer interactions and issues in our CRM system, maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all relevant information is captured. Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams, collaborating with colleagues to resolve issues efficiently and effectively. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations and striving for continuous improvement. Essential Qualifications Experience in customer support or chat support, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and technical skills. Proficiency with live chat software and CRM systems, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies. Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging responses to customer inquiries. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a logical and methodical approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues. Exceptional customer service skills, with a passion for delivering personalized support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple conversations, and maintain a high level of productivity. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a nonprofit organization or technology education setting, with a deep understanding of our mission and values. Advanced technical skills, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Experience with CRM systems, including data entry, reporting, and analytics, with the ability to leverage data to inform customer support strategies. Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
