Key Responsibilities As an Online Chat Support Specialist at Blithequark, you will be responsible for: Client Interaction : Providing real-time support to clients via online chat, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of queries and concerns. Issue Identification : Analyzing customer issues and concerns, diagnosing problems efficiently, and recommending appropriate solutions. Customer Education : Educating clients about our services, assisting them in utilizing our products and services more effectively. Documentation : Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, including details of inquiries and solutions provided, in our CRM system. Feedback Collaboration : Gathering client feedback and relaying insights to the product development team to assist in service improvements. Technical Support : Assisting customers with technical problems, providing troubleshooting guidance, and escalating to appropriate technical teams as necessary. Continuous Improvement : Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge of products and services, as well as improve customer support skills. Performance Metrics : Monitoring and reporting on performance metrics related to response times, issue resolution times, and customer satisfaction levels. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: Experience : A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support, with a focus on online chat or digital communication platforms. Education : A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Technical Skills : Proficiency in using chat support software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Personality Traits : Highly motivated and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Soft Skills : Strong cooperation skills to work across functional teams and strategic planning abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
