Your primary goal will be to resolve customer queries, address concerns, and build lasting relationships that drive loyalty and retention. If you're a skilled communicator with a passion for problem-solving and a knack for building rapport, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner * Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary * Create relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs * Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately and efficiently * Continuously portray and project a positive and professional image, reflecting the values and standards of blithequark * Provide administrative support to the customer service team, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as needed **Essential Qualifications** * Strong work ethic with the ability to work well both independently and within a larger team-oriented environment * PC keyboarding and internet experience required * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal * Upbeat, positive attitude and professional demeanor * Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role * Ability to compose professional emails (a plus) **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or online support environment * Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools * Experience with social media platforms and online communities * Certification in customer service or a related field (a plus) **Key Skills and Competencies** * **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner * **Multitasking Skills**: Ability to juggle multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously, prioritizing and managing time effectively * **Empathy**: Strong emotional intelligence and ability to understand and respond to customer emotions and concerns * **Problem-Solving Skills**: Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex problems, often with limited information * **Typing**: Proficient typing skills, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and speed **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
