Your key responsibilities will include: * **Manage vendor relationships**: Collaborate with external vendors to ensure seamless integration of online chat solutions and services. * **Build upon chat roadmap and socialize 12-18 month strategy**: Develop and communicate a comprehensive online chat strategy that aligns with arenaflex's business objectives. * **Develop, refine, and execute online chat and customer engagement recommendations**: Analyze data and market trends to inform online chat and customer engagement strategies that drive business results. * **Manage the monthly online chat transcript and metrics analysis**: Monitor and analyze online chat metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize chat performance. * **Define and build an online chat service program**: Develop and implement online chat service programs that meet customer needs and drive business results. * **Manage chat script maintenance and compliance**: Ensure that online chat scripts are up-to-date, compliant with regulatory requirements, and aligned with arenaflex's brand voice and tone. * **Socialize chat program insights and results**: Communicate online chat program insights and results to stakeholders, including senior leadership, product teams, and external partners. **Your Compensation Package** As an Online Chat Marketing Specialist at arenaflex, you can expect a competitive compensation package that includes: * **Base salary**: $85,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. * **Bonus**: $5,000 - $10,000 per year, based on individual and team performance. * **Relocation assistance**: arenaflex offers relocation assistance to support your move to our headquarters or other locations. **Essential Qualifications** To succeed as an Online Chat Marketing Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need: * **5-7 years of in-depth understanding of online sales and marketing tactics, online chats, customer engagement, and online customer service tactics**: Proven experience in developing and executing online chat and customer engagement strategies that drive business results. * **Ability to manage multiple workstreams, build cross-functional relationships, and manage risk**: Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple stakeholders, and mitigate risks. * **Experience in customer experience design, web analytics, and A/B split**: Familiarity with customer experience design principles, web analytics tools, and A/B split testing methodologies. * **Bachelors degree, BA in eCommerce or Web Marketing preferred, MBA is an added advantage**: A degree in a relevant field, such as eCommerce or Web Marketing, is preferred, but not required. An MBA can be an added advantage. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * **Like to travel (25%):** arenaflex offers opportunities for travel, including conferences, training sessions, and business meetings. * **Experience with online chat platforms and tools**: Familiarity with online chat platforms, such as LiveChat, Intercom, or Freshdesk, is highly desirable. * **Certifications in online marketing or customer experience**: Certifications, such as HubSpot Inbound Marketing or Customer Experience Certification, can be an added advantage. **Additional Information** arenaflex is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all candidate information, in accordance with EEO guidelines.
