Essential Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone, Tablet, or Laptop). The ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and manage your time effectively to meet performance targets. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box to resolve customer complaints. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace that is quiet, private, and free from distractions. Availability of at least 10+ hours per week, with the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
