As a remote work opportunity, this role offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while still being an integral part of our team. **Responsibilities** As an Office Services Clerk / Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including: * Managing visitor accommodations, maintaining office and conference room setups, ordering supplies, and assisting with events * Greeting and accommodating visitors, coordinating with appropriate personnel, and providing proper visitor information, including badges and security access * Setting up workstations and conference rooms for visitors, assisting with conference room reservations, and maintaining room reservation calendars * Placing catering orders for meetings, setting up and cleaning up food and beverage areas, and assisting with technology needs in conference rooms * Creating guest Wi-Fi credentials, assisting with guest connectivity, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, conference rooms, and supply rooms * Loading, running, and unloading dishwashers on a weekly basis and/or as needed * Correcting errors, organizing information, creating accurate spreadsheets, and entering and updating information into relevant databases * Ensuring data is backed up, informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered, and storing hard copies of data in an organized manner **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate: * Strong customer service skills, proficiency in office equipment operation, and the ability to adapt to changing procedures and environments * A High School Diploma or equivalent * Minimum of one (1) year of related work experience in hospitality and/or general office services responsibilities * Good command of English * Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed **Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Competitive annual salary range of $15,000-$70,000 contingent on relevant experience and education * Generous compensation and benefits packages * Comprehensive health, dental, and vision plan for you, your spouse/domestic partner, and children * Superior 401(k) plan, ample time off programs, mental health programs, family building and caregiving, generous paid parental leave, life insurance, disability insurance, wellness program, flexible spending accounts, and employee referral bonus program **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we offer a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and inclusive team, where you can grow and develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
