Position Overview We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Norwegian Speaking Customer Advisor to join our team as an email and chat support specialist. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, with 2 days spent in our state-of-the-art office and 3 days working remotely each week. As a Norwegian Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via email and chat, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities Quickly and professionally respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues. Assist customers with placing orders, addressing product questions, and troubleshooting issues, providing accurate and detailed information about products, services, and company policies. Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and courteously, working with other departments to address and resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, keeping detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Continuously enhance job knowledge through participation in training sessions and educational opportunities, staying up-to-date with the latest products, services, and industry trends. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: Proficiency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
