As a Non-Voice Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences via email, responding to a wide range of inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be part of our Customer Experience (CX) Team, which drives customer loyalty, engagement, and value by providing exceptional customer experiences across all channels and touch-points. Key Responsibilities As a Non-Voice Customer Service Agent, your key responsibilities will include: Providing world-class customer service in all interactions with customers and thinking creatively about ways to optimize each customer's experience Receiving inbound inquiries via email, verifying required information, and doing your utmost to solve customer problems Actively listening and remaining empathetic to the needs of each and every customer, tailoring solutions to provide the best experience possible Striving to meet and exceed quality and performance metrics Maintaining thorough knowledge of systems so that information can be researched and proper information is given to the customer Learning and retaining thorough working knowledge of all existing and new processes and procedures Proactively identifying and sharing key insights observed in handling volume with leadership Attending team meetings and additional training sessions as scheduled Requirements and Qualifications We are looking for individuals with: Above-average written communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and professionally, using proper grammar, spelling, and tone Ability to actively listen and use the information provided by the customer to meet the client's needs Demonstrated empathy, with the ability to accurately and genuinely show understanding of the customer's emotional state Maintaining courtesy, politeness, and confidence throughout the interaction Demonstrated comfort in resolving sensitive issues and diffusing escalated scenarios Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment Demonstrated highly detailed and solution-oriented critical thinking skills Essential Requirements In addition to the above qualifications, you will need: A reliable computer, headset, and camera that passes our tech check to ensure seamless participation in training and day-to-day responsibilities Strong communication and responsiveness skills, with the ability to maintain strong communication and responsiveness in a work-from-home environment Availability to work during blackout periods, specifically from November to January, when time off may not be granted due to coverage requirements Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our team members grow and develop in their careers.
