We are now seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor, working on a part-time basis from the comfort of your own home. As a night shift expert, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers during our evening and overnight hours, ensuring that their needs are met with enthusiasm, empathy, and professionalism. With a competitive salary of £18,860 (pro-rated) and an average of 28 hours per week, you will have the opportunity to work on a 4 on 4 off rota, rotating between two shifts: 16:45 pm - 00:45 am and 10 pm - 6 am. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Utilize your excellent communication skills to understand customer needs, provide solutions, and exceed customer expectations. Work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision, using your initiative and self-motivation to achieve goals and objectives. Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, making recommendations to customers and identifying sales opportunities. Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve complex issues. Meet and exceed performance targets, including call handling metrics and customer satisfaction scores. Essential Qualifications and Skills Previous experience in a contact centre customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Experience working night shifts in a previous role, with the ability to adapt to a rotating shift pattern. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. Strong IT skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications. Positive and self-confident approach when dealing with customers over the phone, with the ability to work under pressure and handle a high volume of calls and emails. Strong written literacy skills, with the ability to communicate effectively via email and other written channels. Preferred Qualifications and Skills Previous experience working in a remote or home-based environment, with the ability to self-motivate and work with minimal supervision. Knowledge of the contact centre industry and trends, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Experience with sales and upselling, with the ability to identify opportunities and make recommendations to customers. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues and think critically.
