Key Responsibilities Deliver specific delegated Customer Service tasks assigned by a supervisor, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues. Receive and respond to customer requests via email, telephone, or CRM, providing clear and concise solutions to complex problems. Document customer issues within our CRM system, following specific guidelines to ensure accurate and detailed records. Run reports and analyze data to prioritize and resolve issues based on service level agreements, demonstrating a proactive approach to customer service. Research multiple system applications to identify the root cause of complex issues, collaborating with internal and external resources as needed. Respond to inquiries from clients, providers, and other internal or external partners, determining the most effective response to each query. Independently respond to customer inquiries, grievances, or complaints of moderate to substantial complexity, providing empathetic and compassionate support. Complete day-to-day tasks without immediate supervision, leveraging ready access to advice from more experienced team members as needed. Resolve non-routine issues escalated from junior team members, demonstrating a high level of problem-solving skills and expertise. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Experience in a fast-paced, production environment, preferably in a customer-facing role. Customer Service experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail location, demonstrating empathy and compassion. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments competently, accurately, and efficiently, with excellent time management skills. Ability to write clearly and effectively when communicating with all parties, both verbally and in writing. Preferred qualifications include: Experience working in a remote or flexible work environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer service software. Knowledge of industry-specific terminology and concepts.
