About the Role We're seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in a national remote capacity. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere within the U.S., enjoying the freedom to telecommute while taking on challenging and rewarding responsibilities. You'll be an integral part of our team, responding to customer inquiries, providing exceptional support, and making a tangible difference in the lives of our customers. Key Responsibilities Respond to 60-80 incoming calls from customers inquiring about home delivery pharmacy or pharmacy benefits, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns Ask appropriate questions, listen actively, and document required information in our computer systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service Work collaboratively with our team to achieve shared goals, fostering a culture of teamwork, respect, and open communication Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities, enhancing your skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional results Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or 2 years of equivalent work experience Must be 18 years of age or older 1 year of customer service experience, including providing service over the phone Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel Ability to attend 3-4 weeks of training with 100% attendance, demonstrating your commitment to learning and growth Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 5:00 AM - 11:00 PM CST, from Sunday to Saturday, including occasional overtime and weekend shifts Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Call Center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment Experience with virtual learning environments, demonstrating your ability to adapt to new technologies and learning platforms Experience working in a virtual environment, with a strong understanding of the importance of self-motivation, discipline, and time management Experience working with digital platforms and systems, including web, chat, and email, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service through multiple channels Healthcare/Insurance environment experience, with familiarity with medical terminology, health plan documents, or benefit plan design, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex healthcare systems and deliver informed support Telecommuting Requirements To work effectively in a remote capacity, you'll need to meet the following requirements: Ability to keep all company-sensitive documents secure, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to our data protection policies Required to have a dedicated work area established, separated from other living areas, and providing information privacy, ensuring a safe and secure working environment Must live in a location that can receive an arenaflex-approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service, ensuring reliable and consistent connectivity Must be able to connect directly to the internet via a hard wire, either directly to a modem or router, ensuring a stable and secure connection Soft Skills To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following soft skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, prioritizing tasks, managing multiple responsibilities, and maintaining a high level of productivity Anticipate taking a minimum of 50 calls daily, demonstrating your ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining exceptional service standards Physical and Work Environment The physical and work environment requirements for this role include: Frequent speaking, listening using a headset, sitting, and using hands/fingers across a keyboard or mouse, with long periods working at a computer Compensation and Benefits At arenaflex, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a hourly range of $16.00 - $28.27 per hour, depending on location, experience, and qualifications. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution, subject to eligibility requirements.
