Job Overview: Customer Service Representative - National Remote We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a remote employee, you will enjoy the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States, taking on challenging and rewarding responsibilities that directly impact the lives of our customers. With a focus on delivering exceptional patient experiences, you will be responsible for responding to incoming calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing support via phone, email, or other digital platforms. Primary Responsibilities: Respond to 60-80 incoming calls from customers inquiring about home delivery pharmacy or pharmacy benefits, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns Ask appropriate questions, listen actively, and document required information in computer systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Occasionally make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, building strong relationships and trust with our customer base Utilize computer systems and software applications to navigate and learn new and complex systems, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and innovations Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems when necessary and ensuring seamless communication Required Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or 2 years of equivalent work experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer service and communication Must be 18 years of age or older, with a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, including providing service over the phone Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office: Microsoft Word (ability to open and navigate a word document) and Microsoft Excel (ability to open and navigate a spreadsheet) Ability to attend 3-4 weeks of training with 100% attendance, demonstrating commitment and dedication to the role Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 5:00 AM - 11:00 PM CST from Sunday - Saturday, with flexibility to work occasional overtime, including a 6th day and one weekend day shift Preferred Qualifications: Call Center experience, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Experience with a virtual learning environment, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow Experience with a virtual working environment, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a remote team Experience in working with Digital platforms and systems (Web, Chat, Email), with a strong understanding of digital communication channels Health Care/Insurance environment (familiarity with medical terminology, health plan documents, or benefit plan design), with a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences Soft Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Anticipate taking a minimum of 50 calls daily, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and trust with customers and internal teams Physical and Work Environment: Frequent speaking, listening using a headset, sitting, use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse, long periods working at a computer. As a remote employee, you will be required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy. Compensation and Benefits: The hourly range for this position is $16.00 - $28.27 per hour, with pay based on several factors, including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and more.
