Experienced National Customer Operations Manager – Leading Customer Value Creation and Operational Excellence for arenaflex in the United States

As a key member of our Inspire Account Team, the National Customer Operations Manager (NCOM) plays a vital role in configuring and owning the fulfillment of account-based equipment, service, and supply chain solutions to support our customer value-creation strategy. Job Summary The National Customer Operations Manager is responsible for interfacing with customers and the account team to drive beverage quality, revenue, and profit for the system, while ensuring proper cost management. This role requires building out customer operations plans, identifying opportunities to drive quality, service, and productivity, and leading short and long-term business operational planning for a portfolio of customers. The NCOM will develop project plans, lead internal project teams, and communicate with customers and the account team to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities Lead customer selling efforts of operational products and services, and customer stewardship to drive business growth and customer satisfaction Provide operational subject matter expertise to external customers and internal client groups, including sales, finance, and marketing Develop and execute annual business plans for Net Service Expense and Capital for assigned national accounts, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company goals Identify key drivers of service and create solutions to decrease costs, increase quality, and deliver additional profit to customers and arenaflex Lead internal project teams and communicate with customers and the account team to deliver project plans, timelines, forecasts, resource allocation plans, and financial impact Utilize technical capability, financial acumen, and presentation development skills to deliver customer value and drive business results Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A BS/BA degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field, with an MS/MA/MBA degree (or equivalent) preferred Previous experience in a face-to-face customer sales or operations role, calling on senior-level buyers, with a minimum of 3 years of customer management experience or customer operational management experience 2-4 years of general operations experience and project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering results and driving business growth Experience working with data, specifically manipulation and analysis, to inform business decisions and drive customer value Functional skills, including technical capability, financial acumen, presentation development, and influencing, to communicate a compelling story and motivate internal and external clients Essential Skills and Competencies The ideal candidate will possess: Strong technical capability, with the ability to create operational solutions and utilize system tools to deliver customer value Financial acumen, with the ability to build and manage service and equipment expense budgets through the ABP and RE process Presentation development and delivery skills, with the ability to utilize C4V methodology and tools to effectively deliver customer stewardship and the arenaflex operational value proposition Influencing skills, with the ability to communicate a compelling story to motivate and align internal and external clients to achieve a desired outcome Strategic thinking, with the ability to create a strategic plan that addresses customer needs while driving company profitability Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to nurturing an inclusive culture that is grounded in our company purpose, to refresh the world and make a difference.
