Job Summary As a Customer Solutions Specialist at blithequark, you will act as the primary liaison for assisting customers with billing-related questions, educating customers on our offered services and system capabilities, arranging the scheduling of vehicles for maintenance and installation, and troubleshooting system and hardware-related issues. You will be working in a fast-paced, highly demanding, and rewarding environment, utilizing your language skills in both Portuguese and English to provide exceptional support to our customers. Key Responsibilities Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and cases in a timely and professional manner. Assist customers with billing and contract-related requests, providing clear and concise solutions to their queries. Educate customers and answer general questions about our supported software, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of our services and capabilities. Reach out to customers to schedule installation of orders, coordinating with subcontractor technicians to ensure seamless execution. Perform standardized troubleshooting of user-reported issues with our supported software and hardware, resolving issues efficiently and effectively. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents in accordance with our procedures and guidelines. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, ensuring consistency and quality in our customer interactions. Take the extra mile to engage customers, providing personalized support and building strong relationships with our valued customers. Participate in additional ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed, aligning with the business needs and objectives of blithequark. Requirements Technical Skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems. Experience with CRM software is a significant plus, as it will enable you to hit the ground running and make a meaningful impact from day one. Previous experience in BPO and Customer Service and/or technical account management, providing a solid foundation for success in this role.
