Experienced Multilingual Customer Service Associate – Work from Home Opportunity with Blithequark in the Netherlands

As a blithequark Customer Service Associate, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home in the Netherlands, providing top-notch support to our customers in Sweden through phone, chat, and email. About the Role This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a view to extend, working full-time 40 hours per week. You will be required to work variable hours to match when customers need us most, including late evening and day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. You may be required to work on national holidays and Sundays and will be compensated accordingly. Schedules will be known 6 weeks in advance to ensure that your personal life can plan well around your work. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, your primary goal will be to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. Your key responsibilities will include: Responding to customer requests through phone, chat, and/or email in a timely and professional manner Using a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions to customer queries Communicating effectively with customers to resolve their issues and provide a positive support experience Working collaboratively with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience Providing feedback and suggestions for improving our customer service processes and procedures Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications: Minimum age: 18 years old Have the right to work in the Netherlands Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English Experience working with a computer The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend and compensated overtime as required) Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid) You'll need a quiet, distraction-free work space (dedicated office space with a desk and chair) From a technical perspective, a minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI) Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in customer service or a related field Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Ability to work independently and as part of a team Career Growth Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees. You will also be eligible for a salary increase after 6 months of tenure.
