The essential requirements include: At least 2 years of experience in mortgage servicing and call center environments, with a proven track record of providing outstanding customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
