Job Overview and Responsibilities We're seeking an experienced Microsoft Script Writer and Customer Advisor to join our team at the Microsoft Company Store in Redmond. As a Customer Advisor, you'll be the face of Microsoft, interacting with customers, and providing expert guidance on our products and services. Your passion for technology, customer-centric approach, and excellent communication skills will make you a valuable asset to our team. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Demonstrating expertise in Microsoft products and services, including cloud, consumer, gaming, and small business solutions Conducting customer journeys through the Microsoft Experience Center (MEC) or Employee Company Store (ECS), showcasing our products and services, and driving sales and revenue growth Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to stay up-to-date on the latest products and services Sharing customer insights, feedback, and suggestions with the team to continuously improve our customer experience and product offerings Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you'll need: A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, business, or communications Experience in sales, customer service, or retail, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft products and services, including Office, Windows, and Azure Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not required, the following qualifications and skills are preferred: 1+ years of experience in a related field, with a focus on customer service, sales, or retail Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products and services, including cloud, consumer, gaming, and small business solutions Experience with sales and customer service software, such as CRM and helpdesk systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues Ability to speak multiple languages, with a focus on languages spoken in the region Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Microsoft, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
