**Experienced Member Services Representative – Payments and Digital Strategy Team**

Your primary responsibilities will include: * Completing daily tasks related to check processing, item processing, direct deposits, and wire transfers * Coordinating with vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations * Assisting other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and accounting standard ledger balancing * Working on member cases and projects assigned to you * Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with NACHA regulations and federal banking laws * Processing mortgage payments, multi-account and member deposits, credit card payments, and other transactions, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff transactions * Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products * Logging, reviewing, and making necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns * Processing Stop Pays and Check Batching * Completing daily balancing and department closing * Obtaining information from members for timely and accurate processing of international and domestic wire transfer requests * Researching and verifying incoming and outgoing wire transfer information * Communicating with vendors to process wire transfers * Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming wire transfer regulations * Depositing check returns, reviewing member check returns on draft changes, processing member checks, verifying members for outgoing wire transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing wire transfers * Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees **What You'll Need for Success** To excel in this role, you'll need: * A high school degree or equivalent * Intermediate experience with Excel and Word * Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines under pressure * Familiarity with Episys/Symitar and wire processing * Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint * Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high performance and attendance * Ability to pass relevant arenaflex and Credit Union pre-employment compliance exams **What You'll Get** As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you'll enjoy: * Travel perks: Explore the world with your family and friends on over 6,800 daily flights across our global network * Health benefits: Access comprehensive health, dental, prescription, and vision benefits on day one, plus digital health visits, flexible spending accounts, and more * Wellness programs: Stay healthy and balanced with our wellness programs, offering the tools, resources, and support you need to thrive * 401(k) program: Available upon hire, with company contributions to your 401(k) plan after one year * Additional benefits: Enjoy our Employee Assistance Program, pet insurance, and discounts on hotels, cars, cruises, and more **Join the arenaflex Family** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating an inclusive and diverse work environment that celebrates individuality and promotes growth.
