As a Medicare Customer Service Representative II, you can expect: A competitive starting pay of $19.60 per hour Opportunities for performance bonuses and merit increases, recognizing your hard work and dedication A 401(k) plan with dollar-for-dollar matching up to 6% of your salary, fully vested immediately, to help you plan for your future Comprehensive paid time off and health and dental insurance starting on your first day, ensuring that you and your loved ones are protected The flexibility of 100% remote work, available in approved states, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home The opportunity to be part of a successful team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service Job Responsibilities As a Medicare Customer Service Representative II at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: Responding to a wide range of provider inquiries via telephone, providing timely and accurate solutions to their concerns Educating providers on coverage, claim submission, and available self-service offerings, ensuring that they have the knowledge and resources they need Identifying customer issues, researching, and initiating appropriate actions to resolve them efficiently and effectively Communicating confidently and clearly with customers regarding their concerns, providing empathetic and professional support Navigating multiple computer applications effectively, utilizing technology to streamline processes and enhance customer experiences Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A High School diploma or equivalent, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal growth A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience with health insurance and/or Medicare/DME claims, providing a solid foundation for your work at arenaflex At least 1 year of customer service experience with direct telephone contact, enabling you to communicate effectively with customers and providers The ability to learn and apply Medicare guidelines and insurance terminology, staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulations Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address customer issues, thinking critically and creatively to find solutions Preferred Qualifications To stand out as a candidate, you may have: 1 year of previous customer service experience at arenaflex, demonstrating your familiarity with our systems and processes Experience as a contracted Medicare CSR II at arenaflex, providing a deeper understanding of our operations and customer needs 1 or more years of recent Medicare or healthcare insurance experience, keeping you informed about industry trends and best practices 2 or more years of call center experience, honing your skills in customer service, communication, and conflict resolution Coursework in coding, medical terminology, or a related field, enhancing your knowledge and expertise in the healthcare sector Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with customers, providers, and colleagues Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, allowing you to identify and resolve complex issues The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities A strong commitment to customer service, ensuring that you deliver exceptional experiences and support to our customers Proficiency in computer applications and technology, utilizing tools and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are dedicated to the growth and development of our employees.
