Job Summary As a Medicaid Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in addressing the concerns of our clients' customers, providing support, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of the product and/or service, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Maintain and update customer information as necessary, ensuring that all data is accurate and secure. Upsell current customers on new or enhanced services, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or GED, with customer service experience being a significant plus. Strong computer navigational skills, with familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
