About the Role of a Math Tutor at Mathnasium We are seeking an exceptional Math Tutor to join our team in Menlo Park, CA. Key Responsibilities as a Math Tutor Provide exceptional instruction and tutoring services to students, helping them to understand and master mathematical concepts. Participate in positive interactions with parents, establishing a high level of confidence and program value. Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes, using the Mathnasium Method and terminology. Teach in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery, adapting to the needs of our students and the center. Assess students' progress throughout instructional sessions and work collaboratively with team members to deliver the best possible experience. Evaluate, grade, and correct student work and homework, providing constructive feedback. Support the maintenance of a clean and professional learning environment, contributing to the overall success of the center. Essential Qualifications for the Role A passion for math and working with students, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
