About the Role: Mandarin Bilingual Customer Service Representative We're seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Mandarin Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a critical member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication with our diverse population of members, medical facilities, transportation providers, and health plans. Key Responsibilities: Take inbound calls from members, medical facilities, transportation providers, and health plans, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Accurately enter ride details to ensure successful ride completion, confirming member eligibility and gathering detailed trip information for scheduling non-emergency medical transports. Handle member inquiries regarding transportation services, identifying and assessing additional needs, and providing empathetic support to members and their guardians. Intake member concerns and complaints, actively working with internal departments to quickly address real-time issues and resolve problems efficiently. Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance the overall customer experience. Perform other duties as assigned, adapting to changing business needs and priorities. Requirements and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications: Mandarin Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin (verbal) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: One (1) year of inbound call center experience in a high-call-volume atmosphere, preferably in a healthcare or customer service environment. Skills: Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to maintain professionalism in a high-stress environment. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in person, via email, and over the phone. Positive and helpful attitude with exceptional interpersonal skills and conflict resolution ability. Ability to work independently and/or with a team, accurately typing 35 wpm or more. Flexible with the ability to adapt to changes in business, strategy, and technology. Ability to empathize with members and/or their guardians, working effectively with geographically and culturally diverse populations and personalities. Additional Requirements: The following requirements must be met: Background Check: Must be able to pass a criminal background record check and sanctions check. Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Flexible Scheduling: Must have the ability to work flexible shifts, including overnights and weekends. Remote Work Requirements: If working remotely, you must have: A well-lit, dedicated, and quiet area for remote work without interruption or distraction. A notebook or desktop computer with a minimum processing speed of 1.6 GHz and 16 GB usable RAM available. High-speed broadband service (wired only) with a minimum of 150 Mbps in a dedicated environment or 300 Mbps in a shared environment (having a backup internet provider is a plus).
