We are committed to fostering a work environment that encourages growth, learning, and professional development. **Job Description:** As a Manager, Analytics, you will play a critical role in supporting our paid media examination capability, focusing on the advancement of our paid media spend globally. You will work closely with marketing teams to identify ways to optimize the efficiencies of our paid media spend and develop insights to inform business decisions. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth through data-driven strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** * Convey insights and recommendations in the space of paid media * Plan and lead the development of examination, BI, and data science projects fully focused on streamlining visible paid media and improving marketing efficiencies * Collaborate with paid media data science teams and marketing teams on executing media blend models * Direct specialized investigation through database querying, followed by astute interpretation of results and the detailing and communication of proposals that drive action * Serve as a liaison with marketing, finance, and product teams to handle business challenges and track marketing and product performance with a data-driven approach * Utilize Organized Inquiry Language (SQL), MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI, and other reporting tools to create and maintain scheduled and Adhoc reports * Examine data to identify business issues and lead deep dives to perform root cause analysis * Collaborate with partners to leverage data (internal data from Visible and Amazon, as well as external data from market research and advertising agencies) and address complex business challenges by conveying meaningful insights * Conceptualize and run investigations that produce insights on customer behavior and customer needs to help further develop and refine our value proposition **Essential Capabilities:** * Experience in the field of Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Consulting in an e-commerce or related field * High-level SQL experience * High-level involvement in at least one industry analytics and measurement perception device (e.g. Tableau/QuickSight/Power BI) * Master in Power BI with a demonstrated history * Degree in data science, business, finance, data engineering, analytics, mathematics, or other related field **Preferred Capabilities:** * You enjoy working in a team of highly connected individuals * You have an affinity for numbers, data, and analytics, but also for conveying meaningful insights of high quality * Strong predisposition for action, highly organized, and ability to complete tasks and projects with minimal direction and tight deadlines * Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate with both business leadership and technical teams effectively * Experience with membership, subscription-based, or media content organizations * Experience with and/or interest to learn more on state-of-the-art data science approaches * Programming languages: knowledge of Python * Knowledge of other programming languages, such as Java or C#, or of statistical programming languages like R or SAS * Knowledge of Adobe Analytics **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary: $27/hour * Part-time employment with flexible work hours (8 hours/week) * Opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to business growth * Professional development and growth opportunities * Collaborative and innovative work environment * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and analytical professional looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, please submit your application through our website.
