Your primary responsibility will be to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Log in to our clients' social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram) to respond to customer inquiries Answer questions from existing buyers seeking support with their purchases and potential customers with sales questions Provide top-notch customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty Handle multiple incoming requests for information in a timely and efficient manner Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in your responses Work independently with minimal supervision, using your judgment and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Device and internet requirements: You must have a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) that can access social media and website chat functions, as well as a reliable internet connection Independence and self-motivation: You must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated to achieve your goals Attention to detail and follow instructions: You must be able to closely follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in your responses Availability: You must have at least 5 hours of availability per week, with the potential to work up to 40 hours per week Location: You must be located in the United States, although remote work is preferred Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in customer support or live chat Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Familiarity with social media platforms and live chat software Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
