About the Role: Live Chat Support Specialist We're seeking an experienced Live Chat Support Specialist to join our team at blithequark. As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our live chat platform. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service through our live chat platform, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Handle a high volume of customer chats, ensuring that each customer receives a personalized and engaging experience. Perform administrative tasks to ensure a seamless customer experience, including updating customer information and resolving technical issues. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and identify opportunities for process improvements.
