As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling live chat messages, responding to common questions, and providing sales links and discounts. Key Responsibilities Provide live chat support to creators' fans and website visitors, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Handle live chat messages on the Blithequark platform and social media accounts, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed. Respond to common questions, providing accurate and helpful information to fans and website visitors. Offer sales links and discounts to fans and website visitors, promoting creators' content and products. Work independently, with minimal supervision, and manage your time effectively to meet the demands of the role. Follow provided steps and instructions, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard. Essential Qualifications A device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop). Reliable internet connection, with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps. Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. 10+ hours availability per week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate different time zones. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or live chat support. Familiarity with social media platforms and chat functions. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
