Your key responsibilities will include: Responding to customer inquiries via live chat on our website in a timely and professional manner Providing accurate and helpful solutions to customer issues and concerns, utilizing pre-written responses and supervisor guidance as needed Escalating complex inquiries to a supervisor to ensure prompt and effective resolution Maintaining a positive and professional attitude with customers at all times, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of customer service Utilizing pre-written responses to commonly asked questions to ensure consistency and efficiency in support interactions Required Skills and Qualifications To excel in this role, you must possess the following essential skills and qualifications: Ability to work independently and follow provided steps and instructions closely, with a strong focus on attention to detail Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and professional responses to customer inquiries Exceptional customer service skills, with a strong emphasis on empathy, patience, and problem-solving A reliable internet connection and a device (Phone/Tablet/Laptop) that can access social media and website chat functions Minimum availability of 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week Preferred qualifications include previous experience in customer service, live chat support, or a related field, as well as familiarity with website chat software and technology.
