Key Responsibilities Engage with customers through live chat on our website and social media platforms, including Facebook Messenger, to address their inquiries and concerns. Provide detailed product information and recommendations to customers, ensuring they find the perfect wheel and tire solutions for their needs. Schedule service appointments and ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to post-sales support. Utilize your sales acumen to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
