Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently and to their satisfaction. Working closely with our internal teams to stay updated on products, services, and policies, enabling you to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information to customers. Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns. Collaborating with other customer support agents and teams as necessary to ensure seamless support and resolve complex issues. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (such as a phone, tablet, or laptop) to perform your duties effectively. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, managing your time efficiently to meet the required 10 hours of work per week. A reliable internet connection to ensure uninterrupted service to our customers. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally via live chat. The capacity to closely follow provided steps and instructions, adhering to our high standards of customer support.
