Job Description As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing them with timely and accurate assistance through our live chat platform. Assist customers with a wide range of topics, including booking questions, flight changes, cancellations, baggage inquiries, and other travel-related issues. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, even in challenging situations, to ensure that their experience with arenaflex is nothing short of exceptional. Document customer interactions and feedback in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring that all information is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred, with a focus on customer service, communications, or a related field. Proven customer service experience, preferably in a remote environment, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer complaints. Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging responses to customer inquiries. Strong typing ability, with a minimum of 40 words per minute, and the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
