Create canned responses and enhance tagging system in live chat platform to improve efficiency and effectiveness, streamlining the customer support process and reducing response times. Monitor and analyze KPIs, such as response time, customer satisfaction, and volume/schedule, to identify areas for improvement and optimize the live chat experience.
