Key Responsibilities Assist customers with a range of queries, including processing payments and billing issues, account access issues, modifying plans and add-ons, processing cancellations and refunds, updating account information, and answering questions about different pricing plans available to customers Handle 2-3 concurrent live chats, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries Utilize your excellent communication skills to provide clear, concise, and friendly support to our customers, ensuring a positive experience and promoting customer loyalty Collaborate with our team to achieve our goals, sharing knowledge and best practices to continuously improve our support services Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and experience: Over 3 years of level 1 chat support experience handling billing and account-related queries, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support Experience with help desk tools like Help Scout, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner A strong team player with a supportive and friendly attitude, who is proactive, flexible, and passionate about continuous learning and self-improvement Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following skills and experience are highly desirable: Experience supporting customers using WordPress, with a strong understanding of content management systems and web development principles Familiarity with other help desk tools and technologies, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes A certification in customer support or a related field, demonstrating your commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple concurrent live chats and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality support and ensuring customer satisfaction Career Growth Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
