Key Responsibilities As a Learning Experience Designer at Blithequark, you will be responsible for: Designing and developing engaging e-learning content for on-the-job performance improvement using authoring tools like Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar development tools Managing and executing curriculum maintenance review and implementation cycles Mentoring or coaching new LXDs and apprentices on design and processes Consulting with customers to define the problem to be solved and the best solution to that problem Contributing to the improvement of processes and curriculum templates to minimize the development time for new training materials Employing project management skills and tools to manage multiple medium to large-scale projects from analysis through delivery concurrently Embedding data collection and feedback mechanisms throughout our learning solutions to generate data-driven, actionable insights into the Investigator Learning Experience Conducting analysis to identify key tasks/skills to target in the curriculum and performing post-implementation evaluation on key performance and business metrics Collaborating effectively with global stakeholder teams, including Training Delivery, Learner Performance, Operations, Quality, and GPO, to identify knowledge gaps and develop technical and non-technical training content Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 5+ years of program or project management experience 5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience Bachelor's degree Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements Preferred Qualifications We prefer candidates with: 5+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience 5+ years of driving process improvements experience 3+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience 3+ years of change management experience Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need: Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholder teams Experience with authoring tools like Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar development tools Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
