Experienced Lead Programmer for Wells Fargo Job Application – $35/Hour – Remote Work Opportunity in Data Modeling and Analysis

We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Programmer to join our team, working on a Wells Fargo job application project that offers a competitive salary of $35/hour and the opportunity to work remotely up to 3 days a week. Key Responsibilities As a Lead Programmer on our team, you will be responsible for interpreting business requirements into design concepts for coherent and physical data models within Liquidity Wells Fargo Job Application Hazard Management. Your key responsibilities will include: • Leading complex modeling, simulation, and analysis efforts using SAP Power Designer and CA Erwin • Analyzing scenarios and data, assessing immaterial variation factors, and gathering, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets • Building data models for Government and Regulatory reports, such as FR2052A, RLAP, RLEN, REG YY, and others • Applying data matching and reconciliation techniques to complex data across different data sources • Writing social database queries for stored procedures and performing query optimization and execution tuning in PL/SQL and T-SQL • Analyzing existing data architecture, data flow, and data models, documenting gap analysis findings using standard Wells Fargo implemented tools like Junction, SharePoint, and Jira • Designing, documenting, and presenting architecture/analysis findings using various tools like Microsoft Visio, SAP Power Designer, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Jira • Communicating database changes and arrangements, designing data flow, and analyzing updates with architects, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts • Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring security compliance for the application portfolio • Designing, performing, and acting as the acceleration point for platform design, coding, and testing Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field • At least 7 years of experience in the job offered or in a related position, including programming experience • Experience with databases, such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, or Teradata • Experience interpreting business and functional requirements into reasonable, sensible, and physical data models • Experience gathering, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets • Experience building and deploying database changes and arrangements • Experience totaling data from different systems of record • Experience in data analysis and documentation • Experience writing social database queries for stored procedures, query optimization, and execution tuning Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: • Experience with in-memory databases, such as Redis, MongoDB, or Cassandra • Knowledge and understanding of data modeling tools, such as Power Architect • Financial industry knowledge and experience in liquidity risk management • Knowledge and understanding of data matching or reconciliation complex data across different data sources Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: • Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C++ • Experience with data modeling and analysis tools, such as SAP Power Designer and CA Erwin • Strong understanding of database concepts and data architecture • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Wells Fargo, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
