With a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, we're constantly seeking talented professionals who share our passion for data quality and excellence. **Key Responsibilities** As a Lead Data Quality Analyst, you'll be responsible for: * Identifying, analyzing, assessing, documenting, and communicating potential quality issues in the way data is collected, stored, processed, or used * Creating partnerships with key stakeholders in Customer Solutions and other functions to design plans for addressing data quality challenges * Leading data cleansing projects where needed, while working to standardize transactional processes for handoff to longer-term ownership * Creating and executing plans for the maintenance of data integrity based on findings from root cause analysis * Creating data quality metrics to measure the current state of data integrity and the success of data quality initiatives * Performing data analysis and communicating trends and patterns * Managing data quality documentation by defining and maintaining data rules and definitions * Partnering with the Data Governance senior manager to build a culture of data accountability * Supporting the deployment of the Customer Solutions Data Governance vision and strategies * Building and delivering presentations and communications that explain critical metrics and findings to stakeholders with some guidance * Prioritizing data quality projects based on Data Governance principles and strategic initiatives **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree in business, science, or a similar field * 4+ years of work experience, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in data transformation and cleansing * A strong understanding of database and data modeling concepts * Advanced experience with Excel, SQL, and PowerBI * Knowledge of data governance concepts, including the need for documented definitions, calculations, sources, lineage, etc. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * A Master's or higher degree in a related discipline * Knowledge of IDN and Definitive data **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong technical skills, including Excel, SQL, and PowerBI * Knowledge of data governance concepts and principles **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting your career growth and development.
