Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Client Solutions Executive IV to support the USMC in providing wireline, wireless, and professional services solutions. As a trusted provider of innovative solutions, you will be responsible for creating existing and new sales for solutions delivery, meeting a wide variety of customer needs for AT&T products, services, systems, and solutions. With the aid of support resources, you will identify sales opportunities, build and maintain a network of colleagues and customers to share information, and obtain prospects. Key Responsibilities Create existing and new sales for solutions delivery, meeting a wide variety of customer needs for AT&T products, services, systems, and solutions Identify sales opportunities and build and maintain a network of colleagues and customers to share information and obtain prospects Support the resolution of customer disputes and accounts receivable discrepancies (i.e., billing, installation, customer issues) Support product presentations, services, and migrations benefiting customer needs Demonstrate broad and strong working knowledge of the entire product and service line Partner with clients to understand business needs, issues, strategies, and priorities, delivering valuable solutions Develop responses to Request for Proposals and identify key trends and customer needs, leveraging industry knowledge and applications Utilize consultative skills to close sales for assigned accounts in accordance with company policy, procedures, and culture Own account relationships, responsible for meeting revenue objectives and demonstrating a sustained record of sales achievement Effectively influence customers, diffusing potential problems and developing strategic initiatives to grow and retain the revenue stream of assigned highly complex accounts and projects Support the sales team through coaching or mentoring and assist less experienced peers Lead when presenting products and services to existing or prospective customers Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 10-15 years of wireline experience with DOD, Navy, or USMC Ability to gain or have approved access to DoD locations, including Military Base Installations Secret clearance is required, with Top Secret preferred or the ability to obtain Willingness to do moderate travel throughout the U.S. and occasionally out of the U.S. to meet with customers Desired Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: CCNA, CCDA, CISSP, or applicable certifications Prior Military Service Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues Strong knowledge of the entire product and service line Ability to identify key trends and customer needs, leveraging industry knowledge and applications Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At AT&T, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
