You will be responsible for investigating a wide array of technical issues, from Windows server and network availability to warehouse hardware issues. You will also focus on tickets on ServiceNow to ensure our local and remote end-users receive updates and resolutions on time. Your expertise will help us develop our Distribution Center IT group by welcoming a skilled individual who is eager to learn our expansive work area processing tech stack and complex technical warehouse framework. **Key Responsibilities** * Build relationships with our Warehouse Operations team by spending time on the warehouse floor to understand their work processes, enabling us to better assist them with technical issues. * Investigate a wide range of technical issues, including Windows server, network availability, and warehouse hardware issues. * Focus on tickets on ServiceNow to ensure our local and remote end-users receive updates and resolutions on time. * Collaborate across cross-functional design and business teams to resolve high-impact incidents, requiring quality and accurate data. * Participate in continuous improvement efforts. * Identify recurring technical issues and fix their underlying drivers to improve business efficiency using standard working procedures. * Maintain approaches, methods, and cycles. * Demonstrate responsibility and ownership by utilizing a strong work ethic to tackle complex issues from start to finish. * Conduct groundwork by asking clarifying questions, gather essential information, and resolve the issue using a data-driven approach. * Manage and lead technical projects that impact the local site. * Be a cooperative person and help others achieve overall team objectives. * Adaptability to provide support to 24/7 fulfillment centers and participate in rotational or on-call shifts, if necessary. **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent certificate. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT-related field or equivalent work experience. * 2+ years of IT support experience, preferably in a warehouse environment. * 2+ years of experience investigating Windows Server and Dynamic Catalog Issues (Inventory Strategy and Client profiles). * 2+ years of experience investigating DNS, DHCP, VoIP, VPN, and Cisco/Aruba networking device issues. * 2+ years of experience in deploying software imaging using SCCM. * Experience investigating warehouse equipment gear, such as RF standardized identification scanners, label printers, desktop/PCs, and other peripherals/devices. * Experience with technical documentation and presenting concise investigation to management. * Enthusiasm to learn production work processes, procedures, and taking on frameworks best practices. * Strong customer support and organizational skills while maintaining attention to detail. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills. * Willingness to work as a team player who is committed to delivering the best possible outcomes. * Strong work ethic and desire to be a lifelong learner. **Preferred Qualifications** * A+, Network+, or other IT industry standard certifications. * Ability to prearrange, explicitly with Powershell, VBScript, or PHP. * Experience with email, FTP, and HTTP investigation. * Help For People With Disabilities blithequark is fully committed to providing equal opportunities to all people, including those with disabilities.
