Key Responsibilities Sourcing and Screening Candidates: Utilize various recruitment channels to source top talent, including social media, job boards, and professional networks. Screen candidates to ensure they meet the required skills and qualifications for each role. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide personalized recruitment solutions. Ensure that all client interactions are professional, timely, and effective. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred, although equivalent experience will be considered. Recruitment Experience: At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field, with a proven track record of success in full desk recruitment. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues. Consultative Sales Skills: A consultative approach to sales, with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
