Key Responsibilities and Expectations Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Instructional Designers to ensure alignment of training materials with learning objectives and business goals Assist in the design and development of engaging, high-quality training content, including e-learning courses, job aids, and instructor-led training content Contribute to the creation of assessments and evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs Participate in project meetings and discussions to stay informed about project progress and provide input on design and development decisions Develop and maintain project documentation, including design documents, storyboards, and project plans Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and adult learning theories Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in instructional design principles, including models such as ADDIE, SAM, or others. Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools, such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms, is preferred but not required. You should also have exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS) and understand how eLearning content is deployed. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content.
