Experienced Institutional Sales Representative – Digital Asset Industry Expert for a Leading Crypto Platform

We're now looking for a highly motivated and experienced Institutional Sales Representative to join our team and drive new business from institutional clients active in the digital asset industry. Job Overview As an Institutional Sales Representative at Anchorage Digital, you will be responsible for driving new business sales for our full suite of products, originating new mandates across client types, with a particular focus on crypto-native firms such as protocols, VC's, and other buy-side firms. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, leveraging our proprietary technology and industry-leading settlement solutions. Your goal will be to build meaningful long-term relationships with our clients and drive revenue growth for the company. Key Responsibilities Drive new business sales for Anchorage Digital's full suite of products, including regulated custody, staking, brokerage, and self-custody solutions Originate and close a pipeline of opportunities across all of Anchorage Digital's business lines, with a focus on crypto-native firms Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients, including protocols, VC's, and other buy-side firms Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and client experience, to develop and execute sales strategies Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide feedback to our product team to inform our product roadmap Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to build relationships and generate new business opportunities Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Institutional sales experience within the digital asset industry, financial services, and/or SaaS, with a strong track record of closing deals and hitting targets Direct crypto industry experience and network, with strong technical knowledge of digital assets A team player with a collaborative approach, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Strong executive presence and the ability to articulate Anchorage Digital's unique value proposition A strong network of institutional clients and peers active in digital assets and/or fintech A desire to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working with crypto-native firms, such as protocols and VC's Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape and compliance requirements for digital assets Experience with sales automation tools and CRM software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues Strong business development and sales skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team Career Growth Opportunities Develop your skills and knowledge of the digital asset industry, with access to training and professional development opportunities Build a strong network of contacts and relationships within the industry, with opportunities to attend conferences and networking events Contribute to the growth and development of our company, with opportunities to take on new challenges and responsibilities Work with a talented and experienced team, with opportunities to learn from and collaborate with colleagues Work Environment and Company Culture A dynamic and fast-paced work environment, with a focus on innovation and collaboration A talented and experienced team, with a passion for the digital asset industry Opportunities to work remotely, with flexible working hours and a focus on work-life balance A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous perks and benefits package Compensation and Benefits A market-leading salary, with opportunities for bonuses and commissions Meaningful equity, with the opportunity to own a part of our company A generous perks and benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as access to training and professional development opportunities Conclusion If you're a motivated and experienced sales professional, with a passion for the digital asset industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
